During this turbulent time, we are very concerned about the safety and well-being of our guests, our employees and our partners. Since the beginning, at Royal Cliff, we have lived by a strong core value of taking care of all our guests as best as we can in whatever circumstances. This timeless value guides us as we find ways to tackle the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). We urgently took action in mid-January of this year by discussing with doctors specializing in the infectious disease arena to help us develop the appropriate precautionary measures for all our guests. These include purchasing the appropriate medical devices, medicines and equipment to ensure that all are safe whilst staying at Royal Cliff. We agree with the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) that everyone should be extra cautious and to practice social distancing as much as possible. After receiving several requests from our valued guests, we understand that some travels are necessary and essential business meetings must continue to take place. We are very thankful for the businesses that trust us and that continue to use our venue for important events. Our special thanks go to all the groups that have not cancelled but have postponed their events to a later date this year.
