Pattaya, Thailand – Creative entries participating in “The 18th Asia Pacific Advertising Festival” (ADFEST 2015) filled the Pattaya Exhibition And Convention Hall (PEACH) with over 3,000 creative campaigns from March 19 -21, 2015.
Founded in 1988, ADFEST is an annual advertising festival which has been celebrating creativity in the Asia Pacific region. Not only does ADFEST promote and recognize creative excellence, but it is a forum and platform designed for learning and meeting other professionals in the advertising industry. ADFEST 2015, held under the theme “BE BAD”, garnered over 1,100 participants from various countries across the Asia Pacific region including China, Japan, Indonesia, Singapore, Philippines and India. Aside from exhibiting artwork, showcasing short films and presenting awards, delegates also enjoyed a chance to socialize with fellow designers with a welcome party at Royal Cliff’s spectacular Lotus Pond which was sponsored by the Department of International Trade Promotion, Ministry of Commerce (Thailand).
The three day event offered delegates a unique learning opportunity through seeing the finest art works and listening to inspiring speakers. Stimulating sessions included talks by Mr. Nick Law, the Chief Creative Officer at R/GA, Ms. Pum Lefebure, the Co-Founder & Chief Creative Officer of Design Army, Washington DC and Mr. Rei Inamoto, Global Creative Director at AKQA and Grand Jury President of ADFEST 2015 and many more. The highlight of the event was the award presentation of design masterpieces on the evening of March 20 and 21, 2015 which included categories such as the film craft lotus, new director lotus, design lotus, effective lotus, branded content & entertainment lotus, special awards and more. With PEACH providing a relaxed atmosphere and over 11,000 sq.m of exhibition space, ADFEST 2015 was the ideal place to engage, interact and exchange views.

A remarkable after party for delegates of ADFEST 2015 was held at the Beach Infini Pool of the Royal Cliff Beach Hotel on the evening of March 21, 2015 at Pattaya Exhibition And Convention Hall (PEACH).
