Hospitality Suites (VIP Rooms) and Secretariat
There are rooms and facilities at PEACH available for the organizers to assist with the running of the event. The Secretariat Room is well-appointed to the main halls and to the reception lobby entrance which makes this an ideal room to setup the control centre for the event. It also has two adjoining lockable rooms which can be used for storage, computer set-up or as working rooms. The Secretariat Room is furnished with working tables, fixed white boards, notice boards, telephone connections, fixed power outlets and computer LAN cabling as well as wireless internet services.
PEACH has four Hospitality Suites (VIP Rooms) close to the main halls and reception lobby areas. Hospitality Suites (VIP Rooms) are equipped with power outlets, telephone connections, wireless internet services and restrooms amenities as well as suitably furnished with luxury furnishing for all levels of VIPs.
