What is the capacity of meeting facilities in Royal Cliff and PEACH?

With an area of over 23,500 square meters, we are one of Asia's largest resort-style convention destinations. We offer a fully integrated and versatile venue to meet the needs of any event. The Royal Cliff Beach Hotel and the Royal Cliff Grand Hotel feature 3 halls, 1 theater-style auditorium, 12 breakout rooms, and a variety of indoor and outdoor dining options. The venue is ideal for hosting conferences, exhibitions, trade shows, product launches, concerts, and more. The main hall can be transformed into 4 large zones or divided into 9 smaller zones, complete with a robust sound system to meet all requirements. Additionally, there are 18 meeting rooms with capacities ranging from 10 to 680 guests, making them suitable for breakout sessions, board meetings, training, or group discussions. Can you arrange an outdoor reception or outdoor dinner?

Yes, we can arrange a reception or dinner at any of our 3 outdoor venues - 2 by poolside and at our Lotus Garden.

Until what time we can continue night function?

Night functions can take place until midnight.

Where can we do team building?

We recommend our outdoor areas - poolside and Lotus Garden. We have preferred suppliers to help organize this for your event. Please check with our sales managers for more details.

Is there available parking space at the Royal Cliff and PEACH?

There are two options for delegates to park their cars. PEACH has a car park of its own which has space for 506 cars. Another alternative for delegates is to park their vehicles in the parking area in front of the Royal Cliff Beach Hotel which is only a few minutes’ walk to PEACH. Our security guards will guide every guest to park in a proper area.

What dining options are available at the Royal Cliff and PEACH?

Royal Cliff has 11 award-winning restaurants on-site. You can get more information about our restaurants by requesting for our Wine and Dine flyer or visiting our website: https://www.royalcliff.com/restaurants/ PEACH also has a modern self-contained and fully equipped banqueting kitchen which is capable of catering for up to 10,000 delegates. We can arrange private group lunch and dinner for any group size.

Are animals and/or service animals allowed at the Royal Cliff and PEACH?

We do not allow animals in the property. We recommend you to keep your pets or animals at the Thai Pet Care (Dog and cat hotel) which is near our hotel. Please visit https://thaipetcare.net/

Is outside food and beverage allowed?

Outside food are not allowed. A corkage charge will be applied for bringing beverages from outside.

Are all events open to the public?

All events are not open to the public.

Does the convention center have a business center?

Royal Cliff has 2 business centers. One is located near the Reception Desks at the Royal Cliff Grand Hotel which is open daily from 08.00 am to 12.00 midnight, (+66) 38 250421 ext. 2767 or 2768 and another one at the Royal Cliff Beach Hotel which is open daily from 08.00 am to 11.00 pm, (+66) 38 250421 ext. 2067.

Are there parking fees?

There are no parking fees for short term parking and for our in-house guests. Outdoor guests are not allowed to park inside the property.

What time does the car park stay open?

Our car park open 24 hrs.

Do the Royal Cliff and PEACH provide wheelchair rentals?

Guest can rent wheelchair from the hotel clinic - THB 500/day

Are there shuttles to the Convention Center from the hotels?

There are our courtesy cars available for you to pick you up from our 4 hotels to PEACH. In case you wish to walk, it take only 5 minutes which PEACH and all 4 hotels are in the same area.

How do I get to the Convention Center from the airport?

Our transfer service offers single and round-trip airport pick up as well as transport service to and from Suvarnabhumi International Airport and Utapao Airport. We provide a variety of cars with professional drivers who are ready to assist you in every way. Private transfers between PEACH to the airports are inclusive of fuel, driver, taxes, insurance and, where applicable, expressway tolls. The prices are per vehicle per way and not per person. We can also help arrange transfers through our partner limousine company. The price for the Toyota Camry (Sedan) is:

As another alternative, we can also call local taxis (no guaranteed safety) to be used at your own expense.

Is there a Lost and Found service in your property?

We have a Lost and Found department. Please report to the Front Office of any of our hotels in case you lost your belongings while in the hotel or convention centre.

Is there a Post Office mailbox (outgoing) located at the Convention Center?

Are there electronic cell phone charging stations at the Convention Center?

We do not have electronic cell phone charging stations at the Convention Center. However, please feel free to ask our staff should you need assistance in charging your phone.

Do you have a reception / concierge service?

We have a reception / concierge service in all hotels.

Do you have Wi-Fi available in the property?

Wi-Fi is complimentary for all hotel guests in all accommodations and public areas. However, we can arrange extra high speed LAN and WAN for special meetings or events upon request which is chargeable.

What equipment is included with my rental?

In general, for our meeting packages, we provide basic sound system, floral arrangement, basic stationary, flipchart and whiteboard as well as an LCD projector along with one complimentary meeting room. However, the equipment will differ according to our clients’ requirement.

What funding and support is available to help bring my event to Pattaya/Thailand?

Will Royal Cliff and PEACH provide technical support for my event?

Royal Cliff and PEACH have its own technicians and engineering team. They can provide technical support during events.

What information do I need to provide for your technicians or event coordinators?

Our sales and event team will provide you with our “House Rules” which would specify the technical requirements.

Can we bring a company to Royal Cliff and PEACH to look after our set design and technical requirements?

Yes, we allow outside contractors to handle set design and technical requirements. We also have our recommended suppliers and contractors which can be provided upon request.

What branding opportunities are available in the property?

We have 2 movable cubes, banners, signage or billboards can also be placed at the entrance of PEACH, on lamp posts or on the walls at the foyer for branding. These are chargeable.

Is it possible to get the building lit in our corporate colours for our event?

No, we do not provide this kind of service at the moment.

Can you assist us in any way if we would like to record our event?

We can arrange for a photographer and a videographer to take photos or videos of your event. This is chargeable according to the length of recording.

Do you have lecterns or podiums available?

Yes, we have lecterns or podiums available.

Do you have registration desks or counters available?

Yes, we have 4 registration counters in front of each hall at PEACH.

Do you provide pens, pads and pencils for meetings and conferences?

Yes, we provide pens, pads and pencils for meetings and conferences if you buy our meeting package.

Will my delegates be required to get visas to travel to Thailand?

What are your insurance requirements?

Insurance is not mandatory.

Are we allowed to bring in our own lunch or food for our delegates?

We do not allow outside food and drinks.

Can we brand paper cups for coffee breaks?

We can provide glasses. Branding options are open.

Can we substitute whole fruit for biscuits during coffee break?

Menu substitutions are possible.

Is there water provided at the coffee break and is there a charge?

Standard bottled water will be provided during the coffee break free of charge.

Can an event use PEACH’s/Hotel’s kitchen to cook their own foods?

Outside catering and kitchen usage are allowed upon request. Conditions will apply.

Can we bring our own wine/champagne for events?

Corkage charge will apply with limited number of bottles permitted.

What is the weather like in Pattaya?

Pattaya's tropical climate is characterized by high temperatures and humidity throughout the year. April and May feature the hottest temperatures while the weather in June sees the monsoon pattern bringing heavy rain through to October. November to February is the best time to visit Pattaya as the weather is relatively mild and sunny with humidity levels dropping and temperatures cooling.

Do you have a storage area for deliveries?

Bonded warehouse has been cancelled by the government. However, we have a recommended freight forwarder who can assist you on this matter.

Where can I order exhibitor services and products?

We have recommended suppliers who can assist you on this matter.

Do you provide standard catering service for an exhibition?

We can provide a standard catering stand. However, we have recommended event organizers who can assist you on designing a creative catering stand.

Can you supply chefs for the stands?

Unfortunately, we cannot supply chefs for the stands.

Do you have facilities for people with disabilities?

Yes, as we recognize the needs of every guest including those with special needs and disabilities, we have facilities for people with disabilities. Is PEACH open to the public?

PEACH is open to the public only for public events.

Is there an ATM / cash machine in the building?

There are 3 ATMs in the open air lobby at the Royal Cliff Beach Hotel.

What hotels are closest to PEACH?

All hotels are in walking distance to PEACH and they are located in the same area. Our courtesy cars can take you there from all hotels. In case you wish to walk there, it will only take about 5 minutes under covered walkways.

What language is spoken in Thailand?

Thai is the official language of Thailand. However, English is widely spoken in all major cities, tourist spots, hotels, shopping malls and hospitals.

What are the public transport links to PEACH?

Our transfer service offers single and round-trip pick up as well as transport service to Bangkok, Pattaya city centre and all airports. We can also call local taxis to be used at your disposal. Aside from these, there are public buses and vans which operate daily between 5 a.m. until 10 p.m from Pattaya bus stations to Bangkok, airports and other major cities.

Where can I get an international adaptor?

You can buy from any 7-11 or Family Mart convenience stores as well as in supermarkets close to the hotel.

Where is the nearest convenience store?

We have a convenience store where you can buy some snacks, toiletries and souvenirs. It is located next to the open air lobby of the Royal Cliff Beach Hotel and is open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.

What currency is used in Thailand?

The currency used in Thailand is the Thai Baht.

Where can I do foreign currency exchange money?

Foreign Currency and Travelers Cheques can be exchanged at the Front Desk Cashier. Exchange rates are updated daily. This is displayed at the Cashier’s Desk at the Front Office. We regret to inform you that Personal Cheques and Eurocheques are not accepted.

What tax back / VAT incentives are available to delegates and tourists?

Goods must be purchased from stores displaying the 'VAT Refund For Tourists' sign.

Which credit cards are accepted in Thailand?

All major credits cards are widely accepted in Thailand.

How much is the hotel service charge, city tax and outdoor service charge?

The hotel service charge is 10% and the government VAT is 7%. Outdoor service charge is 10% of the F&B package. There is no city tax in Thailand.

Is there anywhere that I can print out my boarding pass?

You can print them at our Business Centers located near the Reception Desks at the Royal Cliff Grand Hotel which is open daily from 08.00 am to 12.00 midnight, (+66) 38 250421 ext. 2767 or 2768 and at the Royal Cliff Beach Hotel which is open daily from 08.00 am to 11.00 pm, (+66) 38 250421 ext. 2067.

What public holidays do you have in Thailand?

There are usually sixteen public holidays in a year in Thailand. However, public transportation, airports, restaurants, hotels and shopping malls can operate during these periods except government agencies, universities, schools and banks.

Why is the group accommodation rate always higher than the online accommodation rate?

Group rates are usually higher than individual guest rates as guests who come with a group have additional benefits, privileges and amenities compared to individual guest(s).

Have you hosted any Indian weddings in your hotel?

Yes, we have been successfully arranging Indian weddings for the past nine years. We handle all types of Indian wedding traditions such as Hindu, Marwari, Sindhi, Punjabi, South Indian, to name a few.

Do you serve vegetarian, Jain and Indian food?

Yes, we cater to a lot of Indian groups with guests including from the Marwari and Jain communities.

Do you have Indian Chefs in-house?

Yes , we have a popular Indian restaurant in-house with a professional chef catering food for all events from all the regions of India.

Do you allow outside catering service?

Yes , we understand the Indian tradition and their specific needs for special food arrangements, therefore, we do allow caterers to hire an outside cratering team.

Do you have a separate kitchen for the outside catering team?

Yes, we provide them with a fully-equipped kitchen with a huge working area.

Do you have Indian staff who understand Indian traditions?

Yes , we have Indian staff who have 9 years of experience handling all types of Indian wedding traditions such as Hindu, Marwari, Sindhi, Punjabi, South Indian, to name a few.

Can you a arrange wedding on the beach?

Though our beaches cannot host huge wedding events, we have a poolside area at the Royal Cliff Beach Hotel which has a stunning seaview as background and gives the equal impact of a beach wedding.

Do you have any lawn area that can be used for events?

Yes, our Lotus Garden is the ideal place to hosted weddings and events.

Do you allow pool parties?

Yes, pool parties are allowed at the poolside of the swimming pool at Fitz club – Racquets, Health and Fitness and can be made into an exclusive area for the wedding guests.

Do you allow late night events?

Yes, all the indoor events can be used for late night parties. Outdoor events are limited until 11pm due to noise and sound limits and have to be finished by midnight. Music and noise levels have to be managed and monitored.
